ATTENTION GRADES 7-12 JCHS PARENTS:
Each year high school students and their parents must sign a technology and electronic device use acknowledgement form. If these forms aren't sent back in a timely manner it can delay instruction via technology in the classroom. So, this year we are offering this form electronically. Parents, you and your student can acknowledge receipt of our electronic use policies via a Google form. We encourage you to do it now before school starts. Paper forms will be provided the first day of school. Paper OR electronic form must be completed before high school students are allowed to access devices and internet on campus.
