•Homecoming Shirt Order Form•
FBLA is selling this year's homecoming shirts. Rosters for football, cheer and band will be on the back. They are $20 each or $22 for extended sizes. Please return form and money to Mrs. Carelock by October 8. Homecoming is October 23.
Ways to sign up:
1 - You can fill out the form online and email Mrs. Carelock @ carelocke@jcdragons.k12.ar.us. Then send the money to school with the student's name on it.
2 - You can print form from internet and return with money to school.
3 - Student pick up form from Mrs. Carelock and return by October 8 with money.
